Sheilds and Sang M3 medium supports the growth of cells from Drosophila, both primary and established Drosophila cell lines. This product contains L-glutamine and potassium bicarbonate. Most Drosophila cell culture media must be supplemented with 5-20% heated fetal bovine serum (FBS).
